The Bin Transfer program allows the user to further utilize the hand-held data terminals to record the movement of goods within your warehouse.  This approach assists you in keeping your inventory item records up- to-date as you move stock from bin to bin.

The system updates the individual inventory item records so that bin locations are accurately recorded.  The transactions are posted to the Bin Transfer Report.

Items in transit (on the cart or forklift) can be identified by giving the cart or forklift a bin number, and recording it as the “to” location.
