NewVision’s new Sourcing Granule automates the
activities involved with sourcing sharply reducing the time
and labor efforts required to fulfill this important
function.
Sourcing is an integral part of the NewVision distribution
software solution and works seamlessly with Sales, Sales

 Freight
Connect+ allows you to connect the IST software directly with
your UPS Worldship System. Verified Sales Orders are
automatically moved to the UPS Worldship PC so that they are
available for shipping. After shipping, the shipping charges
and shipping information, including shipping date, method, and
tracking numbers are automatically moved to the IST software.
Freight Connect+ eliminates the chore of setting up customer
files in the UPS PC and the possibility of freight charges not
being posted to your customer’s accounts. It also gives your
staff access to the shipping information for improved customer

IST
now offers a function that can automate the process of
restocking your warehouses and eliminate most of the time
consuming effort that goes into identifying those items to be
replenished and generating the necessary paperwork. Here’s how
it works:

 Each
inventory item is set up with a replenishment path that
identifies the replenishment source, vendor or specific
warehouse.
An
automatic function is run nightly that identifies
all the items that need to be restocked.
From
this function a warehouse transfer and pick ticket
document are automatically prepared for all those
items identified as needing to be transferred.

By
automating the process you eliminate all the time spent in
checking stock levels and preparing the necessary paperwork to
move stock from warehouse to warehouse. You also eliminate the
chance of overlooking an item with the result being a possible
out-of-stock situation. And maybe the best part is that the
automated process works every day (no sick or vacation days).
