Intrust
(IST - IMS)
is the tried and true financial and inventory management product that is currently installed in hundreds of distribution companies in the US. This feature rich product is designed for either single or multiple location use and provides quick access to data through windowing. Combined with a Lan or Wan the user can take advantage of their PC's and Laser printers and can email or fax quotes, purchase orders, invoices and other documents straight from their desktop.

The focal point of Intrust is the Service Desk application.  This application was designed with one primary function in mind – to enhance sales and sales support by providing data quickly and efficiently to the sales staff.  Quotes or sales orders can be entered through a single screen with access to stock status in all warehouses, customer prices, credit information, previous customer activity, and other critical data.  

Intrust handles lot tracking, secondary operations, kitting and assemblies, multiple and random bin locations, substitutes and replacements, conversion items, multiple pricing methods, work orders, multiple replenishment methods, plus many other features that you need to run your business.

To meet your customer’s demands you can add EDI, Remote Bin Stocking or Partner+Plus, for consigned inventories. IST’s e-Connect gives you e-commerce capability to allow your customers to shop and enter orders, check stock and the status of previous orders, as well as the status of their accounts. IST's full suite of E-Commerce and Internet solutions can place your business on the web so your customer can shop and manage their account via the web !

From basic accounting to radio frequency control, the Intrust software offers a complete range of applications to fit your particular needs, applications that are totally integrated so that you save time and effort.  Rapid response windows allow the user to quickly get at critical information such as last quotes, sales, purchases, prices, and costs without exiting the screen.  This adds up to more productivity and better customer service. The system handles all functions of product distribution;  sales quotes and order entry, order tracking, billing and accounts receivable control, inventory management, purchase order processing, and accounts payable. 

General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and Payroll applications are also available to give you accounting and financial reporting system. Executive Desk provides a daily snapshot of the key indicators of the business.  All of the individual applications are integrated to insure a minimum of input effort and a maximum of efficiency and accuracy.

The focal point of the software is Service Desk, a unique application, which brings together sales and purchasing in a dynamic environment.  With this one application, you are able to quickly and easily access almost any file in the entire system, make decisions, and implement those decisions to create sales quotes, sales orders, purchasing worksheets and purchase orders.

A number of options are available to increase productivity and further enhance the system.  Quick Fax allows the user to fax sales quotes, purchase orders and worksheets, invoices, and memos directly from the terminal or PC, while the Crystal Reports® using ODBC can create customized reports or move your critical data into spreadsheets for further analysis.  The shipping function can be totally automated with the Freight Manifest.  Customer orders can be handled remotely by the Remote Terminal Entry system and both customer and vendor transactions are addressed by the use of the EDI and EDI bridge options.  

Finally, for those important inventory control and warehouse issues, IST offers a suite of products designed to help manage your own warehouse stock as well as product that you may be stocking at a customer’s site.
